The ILO Evaluation Office (EVAL) seeks expressions of interest from qualified independent evaluators and evaluation consultants or teams of independent evaluators and others with experience in strategic, methodological and quality appraisal at the programme and project level for the following assignments selected from its work plan for 2022:
- Ex-post Quality Analysis of Impact Studies and Evaluations carried out in ILO 2013-2021
- Review of approach to Clustered Evaluations and strategic value of clustered evaluations 2017-2022
